1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Certain products (e.g., customized bows or used arrows) may be non-returnable

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please submit a request using the contact form on our website. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item)

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need a replacement for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Used arrows, bowstrings, or accessories
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
